Become a Member of Preservation Dallas
Protect our historic places, network with those passionate about preservation, and have a great time engaging in annual events. Preservation Dallas members are passionate about preserving our city’s architectural and cultural resources. Members receive reduced-rate admission to programs, including tours, lectures, seminars, and special events highlighting significant architectural sites and preservation projects.

Preservation Dallas Young Professionals (PDYP)
Advocate. Learn. Volunteer. Network. Participate. Educate. Socialize.
PDYP is open to Dallas residents from all professional backgrounds who come together with enthusiasm for history, architecture, sustainability, authenticity, art, and a good time. As a PDYP member, you will receive all of the benefits of individual membership plus invitations to special social and networking events designed for Dallas’ next generation of preservationists!
This membership level is open to individuals under the age of 40.
Volunteer with Preservation Dallas
Volunteers are actively involved with programs, tours, events and are needed at every level.
Consider volunteering with Preservation Dallas if you are:
- New to Dallas and would like to learn about your community
- Eager to meet people who share your interests
- Passionate about architecture and design
- Interested in learning more about Dallas’ history and architectural legacy
- Enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge with others
There are many opportunities to volunteer with Preservation Dallas on one of our committees below. All committees are led by a board member but anyone can join a committee and contribute. At the current time, all committee meetings are held virtually. If you are interested in joining, please contact us at admin@preservationdallas.org and we will connect you with the committee leaders.
