Course Overview
Build on what you learned in our Historic House Seminar! Our spring Advanced Historic House Specialist Seminar is on Tuesday, April 19th. The class covers:
- The economics involved in historic preservation
- Appraising and evaluating historic properties
- Historic landscapes
- Materials and methods of Post-WWII housing in Dallas
- Advanced research of a historic building
This course is open to the general public, but realtors are eligible to receive 6 hours MCE credit. Prior attendance to our introductory HHS class is helpful, but not required.
